Our goal for this third-floor owner's suite was to add some character to this new build and make the spaces functional yet elevated and inviting. This floor is the private area of the residence where our clients hang out as a family, get ready for their day, work out, and relax. We created a dressing room, which turned out to be our favorite space, out of an oddly-shaped pass-through room so that also serves as a drop zone, charging station, and spot for the Peloton.
