Manning Place

This home had great bones but the kitchen and breakfast area were outdated and not functional. Our goal for the space was to transform it into a beautiful and functional hub where the young family of four could not only gather but also host with ease. We stayed within the current footprint and combined the kitchen and breakfast area to create one large room by leveling the ceiling and removing the cased opening.

Our clients don’t shy away from color, so we opted for green custom cabinetry around the perimeter of the room and paired it with walnut accents to add warmth and depth. Soapstone countertops and backsplash keep with the moody vibe and the beautiful veining in the stone creates a soft and organic feel.
