In this Victorian stunner in Capitol Hill, our scope included a complete overhaul of the English basement, including adding a full bathroom, guest bedroom, and connecting stairs to the main level, a full kitchen renovation, and new flooring and furnishings throughout. Our goal was to elevate the home’s architectural details including original millwork, pocket doors, and fireplaces while creating a relaxed and effortless vibe for a young family of four.
