BEAUTIFUL, FUNCTIONAL AFFORDABLE GIFTS FOR YOUR HOLIDAY HOSTS


We’re thrilled to have hosted our first annual Celebrate The Season holiday event! It was an intimate evening of community, food, and gratitude. To show our appreciation for S&Co. friends and clients and to get the gift-giving creative juices flowing, we gifted each attendee with one of our beautiful, functional, and affordable gift ideas for our hostess friends this holiday season. For those of you who couldn’t make it, here’s a peek at what we gifted and why.


Gift Goals for Your Hostess and Host Friends This Holiday Season

Yes, gifts have goals too. And it’s smart to be intentional about how you spend your money on your hostess or host. We think gifts should be:


  1. Beautiful: This may seem like a no brainer, but some gifts just are not pretty. Put some thought into the look and feel of the product and how you want to person receiving the gift to feel. Can you find something of higher quality or better materials or prettier finish? Can you find a product they may have, but are glad to donate after you gift them with a more beautiful option?

  2. Functional: Because a hostess usually invites you into their home or personal space, it’s best to get something they can either use daily or display in their home — something for them to personally enjoy. The right functional objects can make day-to-day life a little prettier too!

  3. Affordable: We’ve found gifts ranging from $30-50 show the just the right amount of appreciation. After doing a little research, we realized that wine or spirits worth gifting are pretty much the same price. Our gift guide options more personal and memorable, but still don’t break the bank.


While some of these items were easily ordered from Amazon or other large, online vendors (quick shipping!), we did shop local for several options and encourage you to do the same! Now on to the gifts… You can mix and match any of the following!
